New 2018 effective members can make initial payments through healthcare.gov, or via our automatic payment system at 1-844-282-3025 option 2.
Members renewing from 2017 plan year to 2018 plan year may make their payment through the member portal at https://www.christushealthplan.org/members.
Your payment must be received no later than January 1, 2018.
2018 Plan materials and ID cards will be mailed beginning December 12th, once your initial binder payment has been made. Temporary ID cards can be printed through the member portal https://www.christushealthplan.org/members beginning January 1st, 2018.
