CHRISTUS Health Plan wants to protect our members from potential insurance fraud. We will never ask you for sensitive or confidential personal health details, payment information or bank information over the phone.

When should I report fraud?

  • If someone other than CHRISTUS Health Plan or another chosen insurance company asks for financial information, personal health information or asks you to pay for insurance.
  • If someone claiming to be from the government asks you to pay for a new “Obamacare” insurance card.
  • If someone claiming to be from the government calls and asks for personal health, bank or credit card information.

If you suspect you’re a victim of fraud, call us at 1-844-282-3100 or call the Health Insurance Marketplace call center at 1-800-318-2596.
