CHRISTUS Health Plan was developed to ensure the provision of high quality, cost effective, outcomes-oriented care to our members. We realize that to be successful with these goals, we need to have a committed provider network.

At CHRISTUS Health Plan, our network providers and other health care providers are our partners in the delivery of high-quality health care services to our members. Good communication is the key to this successful partnership. Our provider relations department is available to assist, answer questions and resolve issues.

Once contracted with CHRISTUS Health Plan, a provider relations representative will be assigned to your practice. Your representative serves as your primary point of contact with our system. If you are a primary care provider, your representative will visit you and your office staff on a regular basis to share important information and assist you with any administrative or operational concerns.
